We offer a wide range of programs that help you stay fit and active. Join us for exercise classes, yoga, weight training, pole walking and so much more.

Enjoy an open program to use the Rankin Ping Pong tables and equipment.

Let’s get dancing! Take part in Zumba for Seniors at 55 Rankin. Pre-registration is required.
